Don't understand why people are talking about selling after CR ?? Early in the year SP was trading around the 0.005/0.006 range and even went as high as 0.01. Then in March Kabunga Holdings dumped 134m shares on market as Asimwe needed the money to inject into Lindian Resources of which he is the Chairman and major shareholder. It obviously resulted radical drop in AMD share price because that is how many short term investors and traders act, thinking the sky is falling in and not looking at the company/project fundamentals. Ropa Investments then also dumped 230m shares in September having a further negative impact on the AMD share price. We had two 'individuals/groups' dumping 360m shares for reasons unrelated to AMD potential. AMD is back at trading around 0.005/0.006, and recovered from the actions of these two groups. However, MAJOR difference now is we have a very different Board and management team, Flanno leading the team and with significant skin in the game, major shareholder Bernadine Holdings increasing its stake from 4.8% to 7.7% and now have a major and significant broker firm Euroz Hartleys backing AMD and Flanno. None of these were in place earlier in the year. The 3.5m raise is coming from smart money, Directors and long term investors, with most locked into holding shares in escrow for between 6 to 18 months. These guys won't be selling anytime soon ! The 550k SPP will be oversubscribed and if lucky will only be to top-up and hold onto what you already have because you won't be able to buy in again at current price. The drill program will be well underway and results in while shares still held in escrow. All above info already in public domain from announcements - rather read announcement than be fooled by non-holders having their own agendas. Ignore the dumpers wishing they had bought at 0.003 - there is only one way this share price will go, and its not backwards ! The first smell of good drill results this thing will break out and you won't catch it again. DOYR
