Headlines last week - General Electric accused of bigger accounting fraud than Enron, around USD $38billion.
Apparently cooking the books so well even management didn't have a handle on it. Their kryptonite is Healthcare which is a long way from their origins & expertise.
Makes you wonder how the Resource Co's which have done the switch to 'on-trend' Bio-tech (or any major changes) etc etc etc will fare in the long run?
VRX has made a few changes too but still in the Resource sector (same, same but different) with no obvious down side.
