yes VRX is going after the ‘glass industry’ because it’s the biggest consumer of high quality Silica sand but I haven’t seen any other industry ruled out. In fact in today’s Announcement it specifically itemized sand for Foundry (for castings) & glass (meaning it’s gearing up for both?)

Qld & SA have been doing fracking for oil & gas for years.
NT lifted their ban in Nov 2018.
WA lifted their ban this year for the 2% of the state with possible O&G (barred from the SW & Perth)
Vic & Tas have bans in place
NSW has a moratorium.
