Totally agree that our BoD (unlike some on the ASX) are focused on Maximum value for shareholders.
But it might not be from just good old production driven value & dividends eg:
We have multiple tenements - high quality Silica, quartz, gold, coppernickel and always have the option of selling one or more.Royalties - something our BoD already likes:
Delgare Ltd was demerged from Ventnor to shareholders holding VRX shares on 12 Dec 2017. regarding Sandfire royalty on future production for Thaduna/Green Dragon
Biranup Gold & Copper Nickel (adjacent to Tropicana Gold Mine,) An option agreement with MCT fell through earlier this year, if taken up fully there would/could have been a production royalty to VRX.
So theres a possibility a TO or Sale agreement could include a future production Royalty on Silica (or Gold/Copper/ Nickel) Lots of Companies do it.
