    I've prepared this application before for construction projects.

    It usually isn't a big deal if the aquifer is large (which ours is) and if there aren't many other neighbours tapping into the supply (which there aren't at this stage).

    Definitely in no way as big a deal from a time, cost, or preparation perspective as the EPA enviro approval.
