    thanks blister - yeah that all makes sense - happy days - cant wait to see how this all pans out in 12-18months time (eg what the eps and dividend might be once all the ducks are in a row and production is in full swing), I was pondering cashing some shares in at some point, but with a dividend possible of a reasonable amount, then I think Im going to be a long term holder.
