    Whatever...more the case of investors too scared to bank on a 50/50 decision not in the companies control.

    This is a speculative stock...not a sure bet and investors know it. Sure as, this is a scary stock to place your hard earned into. Much simpler ways to gamble on a 50/50 decision.
