There has been movement - we know that from FOIs. Just nothing tangible and given the lack of information from management, my guess its that we have no good answers to the questions posed.
ain't nothing we can do now - as you say EPA or bust. The only thing that gives me a glimmer of hope is the amount of options/exposure the mgmt have to this even occuring. They get wealthy or don't as well.
