From the post you have just written, I very much get the impression that you are not a genuine "retail" holder of VRX. That is not something that a typical punter would write on hot copper. I'd say you are either a BOD member, or someone closely associated with the BOD. I'd say hardly anyone would be interested in that level of detail concerning "convertible notes". In any case, this is very much an attempt to divert attention away from the more important, and immediate issues that are affecting VRX, like the collapse in confidence of the BOD and management (according to the recent failed CR).
