I don't understand why you sound so pleased about the actions of the BOD, like they are astute investors and have extracted a big wad of cash for themselves. Following those events and over the next 3 years, the SP has lost more than 85% of its value, and every other investor has lost most of their capital. And the BOD are supposed to be admired for being "smart" and selling out at the peak. If they were an oridinary investor, I'd agree with you, they would be smart if they timed their exit that well. But we are talking about the BOD, and they are running the company !! They are supposed to build value for all shareholders, not drive a short-term pump and dump cycle !
