Curious to know if VRX have been hit with the Mallee Fowl card....

Curious to know if VRX have been hit with the Mallee Fowl card. These birds are vulnerable. This alone would create a back and forth between the proponent and epa from my sources. To confirm that they are not in the Arrowsmith North tenements would not be an easy task, and if they are, this would create a problem.

It is definitely not the country "Arrowsmith North "to find them, yet to prove this the EPA would be problematic. No EPA personnel would sign off without being very confident that they have covered this base.

Again a smart move with this process would be to bring in a person who specializes in these birds and work within the epa to fast track the processes at a cost to the proponent, not a mining company to spend a year trying to prove they are not there.

I am researching the epa processes, and the red tape is huge.
