    …or maybe persons that become weary of such problems early on opted to try and dispose of it in a manner that was only self-serving, anticipating this Pandora’s box was pretty much inevitable?

    I recall there was a FS done on ASN many years ago but I can’t ascertain how VRX came to acquire the tenements.
