    Welp, tomorrow's the 4 week deadline.. why am I not feeling optimistic that they'll hit their own timeframe and publish the RtS document by end of day tomorrow?
    Christ, the EPA are a useless bunch. They've provided updates to THREE proposals in the month of June thus far. Are there only 5 people working in the entire department?
