A delay tactic could be we want you to confirm without a doubt that no Mallee fowl are in the proposed area. This allows us a few months to deal with the backlog on our desk. All in my opinion and researching.
This is no easy task for an environmental consultant. Time, fauna motion cameras and plenty of walking.
It isn't the right country from my experience and visit to Arrowsmith North, yet may just be another back and forth for VRX.
