    Isn't an offtake a legally binding agreement which would include volume and a price? Would that information not be disclosed to market? Either way as a bulk price or per ton agreement the numbers will reveal the future. Pretty sure you have thoroughly done the numbers on the BFS before silica prices skyrocketed. For me they look good. In a legally binding agreement even better
