bruce has done a good job of getting it to permitting but the casm between dev and prod is prooving longer than i thought and less supported with corporate wins. i.e my strategy had atleast 50% offtake locked in and epa a much smoother ride. based largely on bruce talking BS.

as said medium turn target is well into $1 range, but I'm happy to sit out the rollercoaster and try my luck at a cheaper entry or chase at reversal..... that and i cant fight sparta's endless robot.

purely a personal finance decision from a point of frustration. we all got bills and not everyone works in MSYs.

I don't think EPA is going to be done until 2023 realistically.
