    What's the difference between this Term Sheet, and an MOU? Is it purely the amount under consideration is specified? No pricing agreed as yet....at least it's a minor step forward. Confirmation SOMEONE is interested.
    Sign another couple of these, and provide a clear timeline or process for conversion to BOA and you may have some respect back on your name Bruce.
