Not sure the resource quality is much different. Stockyard can be easily beneficiated to 99.7% silica at about 100 ppm FeO which is within solar PV glass specs.
9.6 mt of HPSS is ample reserve for initial production of 600 kt to 1 mt a year. Only 10% of the prospective area has been drilled. I am a geologist snd have checked out the area. AN is closer to port so would have cheaper transport.but rehabilitation costs will be significant and ridiculous management costs don't help.
Geraldton port will be hard pressed to export 2 mt a year.
Proving up 200 mt of HPSS reserve is pointless and a waste of capital unless you are going to build a new port and export 10 to 20 mt of HPSS a year.
To export, a project will need a long term contract at higher than current priced IMO.
