Well that is still to be determined right....stocks can be hated sold off and in a rut for yrs before gaining traction. Just look at uranium for example...
VRX definitely has has a way to go before it's a no where stock. There's a good chance of the right decision being made ahead by the EPA.
When there's blood on the street is the best time to buy right....tell me the last time you saw these low values. There's been a lot of progress since I last saw VRX this low. People believe a stock will never win till it does....
