oh this goes a ways back, but bruce announced they had offtakes about 2 maybe 3 years ago. However, it was in reality non-binding term sheet with 2 massive korean foundaries. I think the expectation was that these would convert, within months, to contracts....but to sign a contract, epa approval was a condition.which meant it just went on the shelf as a term sheet, waiting execution into a binding contract.
So they are there, but they aren't actually off-takes..... but "off-take adjacent".... if you squint your eyes and tilt your head.
