I have asked other companies the intentions of shareholders in the past. The general response is that Directors or the board won't comment on individual shareholders and their activity.
As for Artemis it would be good to see an announcement about uptake. How far are we to the $2.3m minimum. If we are getting close, then I assume the top 20 are participating.
