It is mentioned on the Annual Shareholders Report, 62% were owned by the top 20 shareholders, does it mean all these shareholders are in a loss?
For the last 2 years, there were 1.5, 1.8, 7 and 10 cents share purchases by the retail holders and sophisticated holders. Is the current CR is the way to help existing top 20 shareholders to recover their losses?
