when you think about ARV close 3.3c ...
Add in the fact these insider holders get free well-in-the-money options for every 2x 1.8c discounted shares ... that IMHO would least trade for 1.2c so that's another .6c in value for the insider placement so 1.2c net cost ..while we S/H plebs will be paying 3.3c+ tomorrow select few get 63.6% discount deal..middle finger to the rest of us
