It's funny wording. How will ARV be dual listed in Canada? It's already listed on ASX and OTC as well as Frankfurt. Also, which exchange in Canada is he talking about? The "... most senior stock exchange available... " to ARV must mean the Toronto Venture Exchange which is definitely not the most "senior," but could be the one ARV qualifies for since it's unlikely the Toronto Stock Exchange would accept ARV.
Whew, why not just say it straight, "We're going to apply for a listing on the Venture Stock Exchange in Toronto." As the ann is worded, I don't know what he's talking about other than a decision to apply for a listing somewhere in Canada.
