Yep - dual listing on the ASX and TSX/TSXV is a total "no brainer" - gives access to a larger pool of investors, funds, risk apetite and expertise and coverage. You wouldn't find a single dual listed exploration company that regrets going to dual listing.
When the market (ASX) isn't listening to your good story then may as well go to a market that can listen despite the additional compliance costs.
Although that article is 4 years old I am sure there would be other more recent examples, I know that CDV (and their share price) never looked back after dual listing.
