Look here's a bit of simple advice for you - if you are that concerned that ARV haven't finalised their JORC statement why don't you just shut the ... up and wait until its all confirmed one way or another and then you can either buy (or not buy) in complete confidence.
Most of us understand the concept of risk v reward - a fact that you don't seem to be able to grasp.
