So it's kl the miner and Novo the explorers,arv will work with kl at Purdy's and use the plant, can't get rid of the feeling of losing the only leverage we had for 20mill or even a reduced jv which would encourage new holder's to move in, all in all kl gets the better deal imo, none diluted is good for us as long as it stay like that depends how big arv want to grow
