I am not so sure that you are correct Davisite.
Artemis has been cruising with around $17 mil in the coffers. Novo has been spending their capital on their 100% ground at no cost to ARV.
So with Radio Hill’s reno’s completed and paid for. That should leave plus $10 mil and 47 Patch ready to roll.
So where would Novo be going to spend so much,(that ARV would have to match), if they have no way of mining or processing any of the conglomerates.
There is the whole play here and I cannot see why the cash would be needed right now.
Therefore I surmise that there is more to this that only those that are sworn to secrecy would know.
And on past performances I feel we are in good hands.
