Certainly WTF is going on. A couple of things about the sellin: Mr Sloan does not own any shares so it's not him who is flogging 'em. Disgruntled shareholders I guess who may be looking at a Board which appears now to have been given over to a minority shareholding? It's not just the lawyers and accountants, of course, it's also who they represent. There must be many in the stock like who who have been in the stock for years (over a decade), who feel they have been shafted. And, yes, I've changed my 'Buy' to 'Hold'.
