hello all, now this my first post and a down ramper i am not as i hold around to 400,000 shares in NSL that were brought by chance thank the hevens it seems but i have been following everyone post for the last week and i believe as does it seems the majority that this a great buy with huge potenial but i have a question regarding the IO export cap by the gov(if successful), my broker tells me that it will be limilted to a cert grade of IO and above and that the IO NSL has a hand in is below that grade is this correct
