In short, aren't they trying to say that children or even villages as a whole in malaria outbreak regions may gain a resistance to the drug because they will completely neglect the dosage requirement via the spray and that any proper form of central administration is unlikely to happen in these third word African regions.

There doesn't appear to be any negativity associated with the science or delivery from a medical perspective just a complete lack of trust inside the over administration of the drug due to the third world nature of the region's that attract the disease.

Thoughts ?

To me this is all a major cop out !
