I'm simply pointing out, big picture, that they fear our product could cause mass resistance to artimether ergo they are strongly inferring that the stuff works - not just the drug, but our patented delivery method.

I accept you see this as spin but I can honestly say, hand on heart, I expected nothing positive in their explanation - in fact I'm mildly surprised to see an explanation at all.

And, built into their explanation is the obvious belief, on their part, that Artimist works - not just the drug (or tablet as you delicately pointed out earlier) but SUDA's patented delivery technology. This was about the last thing I would have expected from them and is a very silver lining on a particularly dark cloud.

Now that I have had the last word, can we leave it at that? And don't say "OK" as that will be the start of a new argument.
