Looking at the annual report, it appears ArTiMists prospects were not rated by SUDA itself, which would make a win, a bonus rather than a bomb.
It didn't even make the key project list, that said, the company is obliged to pursue all avenues to extract some value, from the 15m spent by the previous board, ( just how deep was the silo they lived in)
