And those who think that this announcement should have been months ago, think again.
This was no trivial matter. It needed a review with legal, commercial and scientific teams. There would of been a couple of rounds with their advisors, and god know whatever else is needed.
At least we're having a go.
And it's not a legal matter, they're going through the normal appeals process.
