Forgot the obvious and most costly one here. The costs of the defence and costs after the ruling. Who pays for the Plaintiffs legals if GGP lose ?
This will I honestly believe run into the multi millions $$ in conjunction with the Petro-Raider case,the slow down of production,the use of coy resources etc etc.
Multiple millions for a 2 bob coy can be leathal.
All my honest opinion.
