    CTP retaining the option on the 2029 & 2030 supply to ARU amount suggests they might be juggling capacity constraints with EOI negotiations on the 2024 - 2030 GSAs. If that's the case then this should be interpreted as a positive announcement, and potentially leading to further announcements on the EOI.
