    Share prices do not go up on every good bit of news. In fact they often do the opposite.
    Its more often about the technicals firstly being in proper place before the share price lifts.
    This is what has happened today. The market likes the announcement but today is not the
    day for upside. But it’s close to coming! Maybe tomorrow
