Interestingly enough with this stock I've had the theory it's spiraled down to .1c due to low volume. Some figures: Since July 2018 when the SP was 1.1c there has been 397,000,000 (60%) shares bought & hopefully fallen into tight hands (glass half full approach) or sold (glass half empty approach). At the time of the last annual report (October 2019) there were 657,000,000 shares on the register. The top end of town own 251,000,000 or 38%. That's quite a lot of shares sold & bought under 1.1c.
