Haha ..they need to run it down Always. Only way they will get finance. Hence the pump and dump to cash up I'd say another dilutive broker raise. Shareholders won't put up and forget instos or Gov funding. To much accountability for sleepy MD/CEO/Investor Relations/Marketing officer.
Also unfortunately due to macro sovereign risk now and the MOU's formed with Japan US and EU, Chinese Directors need to move on. Wrong climate now.
So the BOD accomplishments this year is a graph survey and acquired some dirt.......zzzzzzz.
