I agree, also strategic move to do DFT first rather than test burn (not a hard decision). Interesting how when we had Tincom previously, they were paying for DFT, then relationship was broken, and we had no other choice but to fund DFT ourselves, now Tincom back on but we are still funding DFT.......
Control, exclusive rights over the use of the dwgs will be ours, where as i think there were a few disclaimers when Tincom were funding it.
Shortfall will be interesting.

Also to start DFT (site specific), relationship with land stakeholder loy yang must be rock solid.
