big milestone today - commencement of DFT!
announcement is good for mine:

- complete 1st phase DFT '''early'''' Q2
- datang test burn to help with financing capitial as it essentially 'proof of product' (interesting.....financing from who?)
- going to tender with +/-10-15% contingency now looking like imo end of 2012 (a timeline which we are in control of finance pending),
- construction ready dwgs to be done post contract award.

surprised it wasnt price sensitive 'yes', well the mkt didnt think much about it.
