AVZ completed a cap raising through Pattersons with the same conditions (20% discount to the 5 day VWAP prior to issue date) earlier this year. Price got a smacking down (~30%) between the announcement and issue date.As a long suffering holder of both, it won't surprise me if the same thing happens here.
Upside, might make a good buying opportunity? (DYOR, not financial advice, etc)
