I think many of us are getting worked up about the past and not focussing on the future. We are treating ARV like it is person, not a company. The past of ARV has been very bad and the individuals responsible should be held responsible by the authorities (not that they will), but the future looks rather different. I don't think the SP would be 3c given the resources ARV has except for the past.
The future of ARV is in the Sheikh's hands. If he intends to do what he says (and so far so good) then ARV is a massive bargain. There is still a massive amount to be done, but this SPP could be the turning point. I haven't decided if I will take part yet, but I am leaning towards doing so.
