Yes I know both these issues still exist, but if the Sheikh is serious then I think we can live with both of them. We really only have the choice to either sell up or back the Sheikh. I think his plan is sensible and if accomplished will add serious value to ARV. I think it is within Ed's skill set to get the immediate aims done and if the Sheikh is serious new people will be brought in who know how to mine. As for he with too many names I am very wary, but as a large shareholder it is in his interest to see ARV turned around.

While I should have sold out long ago (if I had had a larger position I probably would have), at the current SP there is probably more upside than down. At the very least ARV has more intrigue and drama than most thrillers.
