yeah LB, not much to cheer about for shareholders yet, seems they can pay any balance of the 2 mill not spent on drilling over the 2 years in cash or issue shares equivalent to any balance amount owing ( subject to s/holder approval).So it's a cash or shares option to MGV all the way to a decision to mine (upon 80,000 ton delineation). It's going to be very busy soon???, between drilling at CUE, exploring MANITOU and looking at other potential acquisitions, we could be in for........cough .......exciting.......cough times ahead........... cough.
