Had a good laugh at your post. At the current rate, they would need to double SOI to raise $300M and even then, that would be incinerated within 2 to 3 quarters. A company doubling their SOI is almost unheard of, unless it's an acquisition. They are in survival mode here, it would scream desperation. Issuing shares would not help them survive. Noone (especially the fund that owns 50% of shares, who lost so much already) is going to subscribe for new shares to this.
