There were 80,702,900 shares issued prior to the raise.


Of which 51,845,398 are in escrow. Giving us a total of c. 28,857,502 that may be traded.

By my calc's c. 7.4million units have been sold since the float.

After we deduct is from the total trade-able amount we still have about 21 million available to be sold, not including those who bought in at 20c.

Did I always know the sell off would occur ? Yes, it was obvious from the offset, experienced prospectus readers would have realised this was providing great liquidity to the Seed investors who had the option of entering voluntary escrow but didn't...

Do I think it will continue ? Potentially, Id say there could be another 4-6 million to be liquidated over the coming weeks, however this is highly unlikely to be at a price lower than .13. Majority will hold at this price provided markets stay strong, as they would have dumped today into the large buy orders of 300-400K in at .135 if they were desperate to sell.
