Are we being taken over or not, or is our major shareholder pulling the strings on the vehicle they want control of in full ?
We spend $12mil in cash for an earnings accreditive buy which will gives us back more than 10% in the first year.
Why havent we had a full rebuttal by the board on the T/O. Something not right in Denmark.
