Bank Of America 10% ROE. Price to book 1.3. PE Ratio 10.3
CBA 13% ROE. Price to book 3.10. PE Ratio 24.
If CBA goes up anymore the dividend yield will be higher on the American banks, and the American banks payouts ratios are around 30%.
Its getting really weird now. We're getting to PETS.COM levels of irrationality.
