This Ashburton news is without doubt very good.
Now the hard process, put a share price on it.
Back of an envelope price, etc, etc.
Take it without any deductions. It's a huge number $$Billion plus.
Then you have costs funding etc etc.
If it was over 5~10cents It's fair and reasonable.
Either way, takeover looks very likely.
